Service Description

TimeWorked.net provides a free, browser-based timesheet calculator that allows users to track work hours, calculate earnings, and export data. The Service operates entirely within your web browser and does not require account creation or user registration.

Use of Service

Permitted Use

You may use TimeWorked.net for:

• Personal time tracking and hour calculation
• Professional timesheet management
• Business use for tracking employee or contractor hours
• Any lawful purpose consistent with the Service's intended functionality

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

TimeWorked.net and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by the Service operators and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Data Storage

All timesheet data entered into the Service is stored locally on your device using browser local storage technology. We do not have access to, store, or transmit your data to any servers. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data through the export functionality provided.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

Accuracy of Calculations

While we strive to ensure accurate calculations, you are responsible for verifying all calculations, hours, and earnings produced by the Service. TimeWorked.net should not be used as the sole source for payroll, billing, or legal purposes without independent verification.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TimeWorked.net and its operators from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
